Section 170
Provisions regarding Company Advisory Board and Secretariat and Staff of Company Board
 (1) The secretariat of the Company Advisory Board formed in accordance with section 168 shall be in the office of the Registrar of Companies.
(2) The Secretariat of the Company Board to be established in accordance with Section 169 shall be in the Ministry of Industry (3) The Secretariat of the Company Board shall have the number of employees determined by the Government of Nepal.
